Design of transformation process

Goals:

  • Creating an understanding of transformation as a learning journey towards joyful co-creation across functions and hierarchies
  • Engaging stakeholders as the key drivers of the learning journey, inspire and enable them to autonomously drive the process

Process:

  • Agreeing on scope of transformation and selecting pilot units
  • Setting interim milestones, recruitment of ‚change ‚drivers‘
  • Selecting adequate tools and techniques
  • Initial upskilling of key stakeholders, so-called ‚change drivers‘

Time & Setting:

  • Several sessions with key stakeholders (3-4 hours), alignments sessions each 2-3 months
  • Overall duration of the transformational journey between 6-18 months, depending on size of organization, prevailing culture and mind-set of key stakeholders

Workshops

Goals:

  • Creating awareness about purpose and integrating it into daily business
  • Establishing a learning culture
  • Developing the right qualities for an agile mind-set

Process:

  • Creating a safe space for open experience exchange
  • Facilitated retrospective sessions
  • Exercises to develop CORAFA-qualities: courage, open-mindedness, resilience, appreciation, focus, action-orientation

Time & Setting:

  • 2 hours – 1 day
  • Short workshops at individual and team level suited for extended regular meetings such as team meetings; work on alignment and purpose is best done off-site.

Coaching

Goals:

  • Developing key qualities for agile leadership: courage, open-mindedness, resilience, appreciation, focus, action-orientation
  • Increasing self-reflection capabilities

Process:

  • Systematic identification and letting go of mental models and emotional patterns with the Formies methodology
