Kathrin Köster has tailored a program for our management team that has turned our Business School more agile since the beginning of 2019. We have been strengthening our purpose, developing new options for cross-departmental cooperation and are looking at how we can achieve more with existing resources. Kathrin also supports each member of the management team with one-on-one coaching sessions.
Kathrin’s positive energy has been infecting the entire organization and with her foresight, she opens up new spaces for thinking and acting. The organization definitely has changed: our leaders are more conscious, more agile, more collaborative, more courageous – a new force in our organization.
