Ralf Kunert

For several years, Kathrin Köster and her team have been supporting us in the development of our rather young company. With her profound know-how and her stirring personality, she and her team helped us developing on a strategic, structural and cultural dimension with tailored open space events, workshops on communication behavior, with group coaching on distributed leadership and individual coaching. Together, we work to make teamwork efficient and effective, to change perspectives, to solve conflicts of interest, and to grow together – on an individual, team, and organizational level.
