Kathrin and Julia have greatly inspired us to go down new paths and look for new solutions. In a co-creation workshop with an enriching keynote speech, they have supported us in successfully moving “out of the box“. We came up with new solutions regarding ‘New Pay’ and ‘New Benefits’.
