With the 12 Alignments approach I have created a program for the systematic development of my entire team. My main goal was to become more aware of our common vision and culture. I wanted to put full focus on the employees as human beings in order to recognize their needs, build a new path towards a common future and grow together towards our common vision. Kathrin supported our team in a humorous and effective way to gain clarity during our transformational journey and to live our purpose.
